Previously, Julianna worked in Student Services at INTO OSU for 12 years, serving as the Director of Student Experience from 2014-2021. She has a religious studies degree from Lewis & Clark College, completed a sister city program in Uzhgorod, Ukraine and study abroad in Dakar, Senegal, and worked for 3 years in Hokkaido, Japan. She loves trail running with friends and biking and camping with her kids.
Julianna Betjemann serves as the Global Affairs Associate in the Office of Faculty Affairs. The Global Affairs Associate provides leadership for implementation and tracking of the University’s International and Global Engagement Strategy (IGES). She provides administrative support to the University International Strategies Council and works closely with the Office of International Services, INTO OSU, and OSU Global Opportunities to coordinate university-wide strategy and support global activities. She is also responsible for the global affairs website.
